Why participate?

Becoming a Veterinary Partner gives your clinic a structured way to help clients who need financial support for veterinary care.

Program basics

  • It is free to participate.
  • Your clinic is not required to discount services.
  • Discounts are appreciated, but not expected.
  • Your clinic may be listed as a participating Veterinary Partner.
  • Eligible clients can use their Voucher Card ID only at participating clinics.

How the process works

When a client presents a Voucher Card ID

Your team will:

  1. provide veterinary care;
  2. accept the Voucher Card ID as payment;
  3. submit the transaction information online; and
  4. upload the invoice so One Health Organization can review it for payment.

Submitting the invoice at the same time as the transaction helps payment review move more quickly.

Covered services

Voucher Cards may be used for veterinary care for dogs and cats, which includes the following.

  • Medically necessary veterinary care
  • Surgically necessary veterinary care
  • Routine spay and neuter procedures
  • Microchipping - NEW

How payment works

Payment review begins after One Health Organization receives the transaction and invoice.

To help avoid payment delays

  • Submit the invoice with the transaction whenever possible.
  • Make sure the client name, pet name, service date, and amount match the invoice.
  • Use electronic payment if available.

Electronic payment is preferred because it is faster and more secure than paper checks.
